Draught @ [ Birre Sotte L’Albero 2012 ]@ Bir&Fud, Via Benedetta 23, Roma, Italy 00153.Unclear dark brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, coffee, wood, spicy, cinnamon. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, spicy, dark malt, chocolate, chocolate - vanilla (maybe the bourbon infusion), coal notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Quit fun I had very muck coffee in aroma but not coffee at all in flavor there it was chocolate. [20121217]

05/04/2012 Bir&Fud (tap). Dorata carica, lievemente torbida, schiuma biancastra molto persistente. Aroma intenso e gradevolissimo di pesca, frutta tropicale, con note di pino e resina. In bocca ha personalità ma senza eccessi, amara ma non troppo, con malto e luppolo ben bilanciati tra loro. Corpo medio, carbonazione corretta, grande bevibilità. Splendida APA.
