Description

We brouwen ons bier volgens de slogan "Beer for Thought".

Draft sample @ Oersoep Bierfest 2015, Nijmegen.

Sampled draft from Stoom during Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2015. Black, big mocha head. Nose is huge on roast, mocha, chocolate, big bark, heavy roast. Taste is big chocolate, roasted mocha, licorice, quite burned, charred coffee, charcoal finish,… Charcoal & licorice body. Okay but rather too heavy on the roast, far too much plus it has a bit too much licorice for me but still not too bad.

Sampled draft @ Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2015. Milky golden, big white head. Nose is milky yeast, mineral, fruity, mellow hops & touch yoghurt. Taste is milky, fruity, lightly floral, fruity, touch exotic fruity. Yeasty body. Nice but too heavy like many Session IPA’s in my opinion.
