Bottle, shared with Miro B. 2021 vintage. Hazy yellow with white head. Beautiful pear and apples combo, bit funky, very fruity, nice tartness, juicy. Alcohol is incredibly hidden. Beautiful.

On tap at Birraiuolo, Napoli. Cloudy yellow orange with medium white head. Fruity, lime, some barrel, pleasant sourness. Medium bodied.

Clear deep-rosé beer, finely carbonated to a shortlived small white head. Bit 'hot', vinous nose, with a nutty, red fruit and faintly woody aromas. Vinous, if with a lot of acids; fruitacids, maybe lactic and malonic. Red fruit, red grapes, if not very intense. Finish sports a flavour of redcurrant, if nowhere as sour. Light body, spritzy carbonation. Rosé wine - visually, but flavourwise on a higher level than the ubiquitous BBQ summerbottle.

Pink head, reduced to rim in seconds, over veiled, deep red beer. Deep and complex nose, vinous, cherries. (Old) red wine, undergrowth, red grapes, hint at raisins. Sour cherries, again rather vinous. Complex flavour reveals the mix of different cherries. Acidburn and -thinning. Low carbonation. Quite fruitslick. Very refined beer, reminiscent of (Italian) grape ale. Cantina Errante doing it again!

--Keg at Ma Che Siete Venuti A Fà, Rome. -- Almost clear golden, small head. Concentrated citric white wine aroma. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Citric with elegant oaky white wine. Mid bitter finish. Elegant, but not all that complex.

Tap at Diorama, Firenze, Italy. Pours intense red, transparent, with no foam whatsoever. Aroma is of cherries and red berries, a little vinous. Body is average, with limited carbonation. A hint of astringency and tartness. Taste is medium-sour. Final is fairly long and sour, more astringent at this stage.
