(Draft at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 25 Oct 2025) Amber colour, slightly hazy, with creamy pinkish head. Fruity nose with notes of plums, citrus and barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with plums, grapefruit, blood orange, barnyard and a generous funky acidity. No bitterness. Medium body, dry. Funky and tart with a generous plum character. Very nice.

Tap at Winter Affair 2026. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Gluey, funky, herbal aroma, grapes. More grapes in the taste, dry, herbal, ending in a bitterish, dry finish, good stuff!

Kinda sucks that a beer this much effert went into gets to have a shitty review like this, without enough time to focus fully on it, but hey, that's how festivals work...

Tap at Winter Affair 2026. Hazy golden body, no head. Lean, dry, sourish, simple aroma. Lean, dry taste, yeasty, wild herbs, NZ-style, fresh fruity notes, lightly peppery, okay!

Tap at Winter Affair 2026. Golden body, white head. Slightly oxidized caramelly malty aroma. Sweet malty backbone, herbal, dusty, lasting bitterness... errr... unsure how Belgian it is, mostly noted the malty notes, some phenolics maybe, but I kinda liked it anyway.

Tap at Winter Affair 2026. Hazy golden body, white head. Oaky, bretty aroma, citric, dry. Oaky and citrusy taste, boooone dry, vague toothrot funk, with everything going towards a looong, strong sourness. Far more of a sour/wild than a saison in many ways, but hey, sour saison works I guess? Impressive in many ways, but won't be enjoyable for terribly many.

Tap at Winter Affair 2026. Hugely foamy, hazy golden body. Heaps of brett in the dry aroma, floral notes, but mainly brett and more brett, bit herbal. Lean, dry, soft taste, light wheaty notes maybe, but some brett and funk is all there is. Good really!

Tap at Zichovec Winter Affair 2026. Too much apple, which is typical for tripel. Non great, non terrible.

Tap at Zichovec Winter Affair 2026. Extremely sour, a bit acetic too. The acetic part is not the problem, overall sourness is thou. Kills my mouth. Meh.
