On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Ambrata, abbastanza torbida, schiuma bianca leggera, abbastanza persistente. Al naso splendide note vinose, di tabacco, anche leggermente torbate, legno, erbe. In bocca è molto complessa, vinosa, leggermente abboccata all'attacco, acidità media, leggermente astringente, torba nel retrogusto. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Uno spettacolo.
