Bottle. Pours a beautiful red with little head, despite an explosive initial pour. Aroma is rich sour cherries, light barn, balsamic vinegar, vanilla. Medium body. Flavour is complex and fruity, lots of cherries that are not sweet at all, almost savoury. Balanced despite a high acidity. A lovely sipper, grows on you.

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è appena percepibile. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta ed è di persistenza lunga. Le bollicine sono grandi. La carbonazione è eccessiva. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. La carbonazione è abbondante. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di biscotto, frumento, cereali, agrumi e mela.

La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è ambrato tendente marrone. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al palato finiscono impressioni di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, affumicato, bruciato e albicocca.
