Bottle: Poured a bright golden color ale with a large white foamy head with OK retention and light retention. Aroma of funky ester notes with some green apple notes and tart notes. Taste is a good mix of granny smith with some tart notes and light oak and funky ester notes. Body is full for style with good carbonation.Super enjoyable wild ale with a good level of drinkability and complexity.

Bottle from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Loads of tart cherries in the aroma, with additional dark berry nuances including some blackcurrant. Flavour is tart and mildly sour. Body is medium. Tasty cherries, flavour could have used a bit more punch. Very interesting brewery.

Bottle from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Aroma is quite vinous with red grape, funk, red wine, some oaky notes. Flavour is tart and mild sour. Medium body, could have done with a little carbonation. Nice and vinous, lots of red grape.

Bottle from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Aroma is tart apple with a touch of white grape, apple skin, citrus, lemon, hint of funk. Nicely sour flavour, bit puckering, finishes dry. Medium body. Refreshing Wild/Cider.

From tap at Van Moll Fest 2023. Puckering and zesty with citrus peel, lemon, orange zest. Medium body. Nicely sour and refreshing, long sour and citrussy finish.

Bottle: Poured a clear yellow color ale with a medium size white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some tart notes and floral dry hops notes. Taste is a nice mix of funky ester with some light tart notes with some floral dry hoppy notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice mix of funky tart saison with some nice dry hoppy notes with great balance overall.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Ambrata scarica, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media, mediamente persistente. Al naso note citriche, vinose, di piante officinali, balsamica, frutta bianca matura. In bocca è citrica, tart, vinosa, acida media, pulita ma un po' dritta. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Molto buona.

Massive pour. Hôp[i] Lille. Hazed deep orange gold. Nicely soppy white foam. Sweet ripe plum on top of a spon like lambic like base. Very refreshing with depth and flavour throughout. Nice fruity affair.

Bottle at Miro's 10k. Shared with him. Cloudy golden with bubbly white head. Fruity, white grapes, medium sourness, citrus. Nice and eleqant.
