375 ml clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet Hillevåg. ABV is 8.56%. Pale golden colour, pours moderately sparkling with a shortlived white head. Pleasant aroma of Norwegian winter apples. Equally pleasant flavour of sweet dessert apples.

375 ml bottle, shared with my son at ZIP 4020. Golden colour, moderately sparkling. Remarkably fresh, "spicy" and well balanced aroma and flavour of Rubinstep apples and crushed red gooseberries. Might well buy again, at the cidery or at Vinmonopolet.

YG 010622. Golden color with a short white head. Aroma is apple, floral, yeast. Flavor is apple, sourness , floral, grass, fruit, apple, yeast, lemon. Nice cider.

0,75 flaske fra det utmerkede gårdsutsalget hos Sandalen, delt med Kitty (må man så må man): entusiastisk åpning - ikke bare lett men rett og slett godt musserende åpning. Vi lar den hvile litt i glasset før smaking, og blir belønnet med en nydelig aroma og smak av Rubinstep og de røde stikkelsbærene. Perfekt sommeraperitif til helårsbruk, og den fruktige ettersmaken er passe syrlig og laaang. Mersmak de luxe.

0,75 flaske fra Sandalen, delt med Kitty: klar lys gylden med kort skum og musserende munnfølelse. Deilig aroma og enda bedre smak av Rød Aroma, ikke for søt. Kjempegodt oig veldig friskt, sa Kitty. Hvorfor kjøpe Cava og Prosecco når man kan få dette kortreiste kvalitetsproduktet i stedet?

750 ml clear bottle, batch #20221201, from Vinmonopolet Stavanger -Hinna. ABV is 6.8%. Clear and pale golden colour, pours vigorously sparkling with a large but shortlived head. Aroma of apples and apple cores. Fizzy and slightly citric mouthfeel. Flavour of Red Aroma apples. A bit one-dimensional, but okay.

Bottle, 75cl. A clear golden colored cider with a lively carbonation and a quite bit but shortlived white head. The aroma has lots of fresh, ripe apple, with flower notes, some grass and a hint of autumn orchard. It's sweet on the palate, still more on the fruity-sour acidic side, quite effervescent, full to medium bodied and with a very light alcohol warmth. Fresh, ripe apple, some apple cores and apple peel, tannins, lemony notes, grass and some birch leave in the flavor. A bit short-lived finish. Not very complex this one, but sure worth drinking. 220601

0,375 flaske fra kilden, delt hjemme med Kitty en søndagskveld: klar lys gylden. Lett perlende munnfølelse. Deilig aroma og intens eplesmak. Nydelig drikke, med Sandalen trør man aldri feil. Og det gir naturligvis en ekstra glede å vite at jeg har vært med på innhøstingen.
