Fair enough.

Klar lys gyllen med masse bobler. Lukter og smaker friske epler. Sprudlende I munnfølese. En cava på bordet og alle valgte denne. Meget god cider.

750 ml clear bottle, batch #20220121, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.01%. Crystal clear and very pale straw colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Nice aroma of Rubinstep apples, hints of sulphites. Semi-dry flavour, notes of apples, again a hint of sulphites.
