From bottle at MB2 21.08.21. There seems to bee a leak in the at the plastic bottle cork, and there are something white that could be some kind of mold floating around in the bottom of bottle. It still tastes very good, so I will rate it. Clear pale straw colour. No head. Fine aroma and taste of sour wild apples and apple zest. Dry and astringent mouthfeel. Medium carbonation. Complex, and perhaps it has gained some of the complexity from the stuff floating around in the bottle.

Bottle. Clear golden body under a thin, fast disappearing white head. Nice apple aroma, apple cores, some cellar notes and no off-flavors. Taste is nice as well, sweet apple with refreshing acidity and hint of cellar notes. Nice clean apple cider with good balance between sweet and acidic.

YG 160621. Pale red golden color with a white head. Aroma is apple, sugar, sourness. Flavor is apple, sugar, sourness, sulphur, grass. A little bit thin, but still a nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl. A still pale golden colored cider, headless. Sort of like a reddish hue. The aroma is apple driven, red apples, with apple pie, grass notes and a faint touch of jam, strawberry rhubarb I think. It's thin to medium bodied, velvety and dry, with a pleasant blend of sweetness and sourness. Red apples, apple jam and some apple cores and grass in the flavor, and a medium length finish. A quite pleasant one, but a bit thin. 220616

0,7 flaske fra produsenten, delt med Kitty, Einar og Synne hos dem: klar, blek strågul med et rosa skjær, svakt musserende. Herlig, ren aroma og smak av eplesorten som er brukt. Ikke for søtt, ikke for syrlig, bare midt i blinken. Et svært diskret og kledelig hint av kanel. Kunne gjerne vært litt mer musserende, men mersmaken er så avgjort til stede.

0,75 flaske innkjøpt hos produsenten på åpningsdagen og delt med Kitty, hjemme: klar og lys strågylden med et rosa skjær. Lett perlende munnfølelse. Herlig duft og smak av aromaepler, ingen tvil her om hvilken eplesort de har benyttet. Halvsøt, superfrisk, farlig lettdrikkelig og anvendelig - betryggende at produsenten befinner seg i nærområdet!
