Bottle. Clear reddish brown body with a big off-white head. Week in aroma, just some faint caramel malt. Flavor is mild as well with some dark malt, toast and butterscotch. Medium body and weak in aftertaste. Drinkable but boring.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter metallic flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

[ As Schiøtz Mørk Vinter Bock ].Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, spicy, boiled mesk, brown sugar. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, boiled mesk, sweet malt, spicy, brown sugar, artificial sweet. 50 cl bottle poured in to a Tulip. Hazy, amber golden colour with a creamy off-white head. Sweet aroma with rosehip, rosemary, herbal hops, grasses and faint citrus. Taste is light bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes herbal dry and bitter with way to much spices. Fail, very unbalanced and off-style.

50 cl bottle. Dark amber colour with a few off-white bubbles on top. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, dark berries, toasted bread, spices and a hint of nutes. Taste is sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes slightly dry and fruity with caramel malts and berries. OK.

50cl bottle from Irmas-dissipating white-gold. A-artificial caramel, some perfumy. T-astringency, medicinal, bitter, then caramel grain/corn at the back end.

Thanks to yespr(?)! 500 ml. bottle sampled @ RBBSG17. Dark red amber, little tanned head. Overly metallic nose, herbal, thick kitchen spices but dull. Taste is empty metallic herbal, stale leaves & kitchen spices, body is the same. Nothing terrible but so empty and dull.

500ml bottle bought at Superbrugsen, Halmtorvet, Kbh.. Patchy beige layer over a deep rosewood coloured body. Fair lacing. Berry fruity aroma, semi-dry. Dark doughy flavours, hints of caramel and black currant. Berry fruits towards the finish. Clean in the mouth. Fine depth. Decent. (Hotel room, Copenhagen 10.08.2017).

500ml bottle picked up at Superbrugsen, Halmtorvet, Kbh. Stable pearl white head, clingy lacing, bright amber coloured body. Dusty hops on the nose, lightly spiced. Dried fruity flavours joined by yeast. Ends with a spiced bittersweet touch. Quite alright without further excitements. (Hotel room, Copenhagen 09.08.2017).
