Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Slight coriander aroma on top of a dry fruitiness and a metallic touch. Medium body, again this dry fruitiness paired with subtle phenols from the Belgian yeast. Heavy carbonation. Some finishing bitterness. 180825

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma has a nice funky character, lots of champagne-like effervescence, and hay. Flavour is full of apple core and skins, lots of champagne-like effervescence, moderate funk, and a little hay. Highly carbonated, finishing funky with plenty of apple core. Very good.

Hazy, pale amber. Big leathery accents, with light cider to it. But the lambic certainly dominates on the nose. Leathery, dry, the apple just shows a bit here, in the finish, and the malolactic hits in that context. Solid.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Lightly hazed yellow gold with small white head. Feint funk, nice blend of apple core cider and mild lambic notes with a soft carbonation. Blends nicely.

Draught No head on very pale yellow, almost clear fluid. Apples & lambicaroma, in perfect balance. Nothing else, however. Bone-dry, if without typical outspoken cider flavours, neither outspoken farmyard etc. Light sweetness suggested, and a light present acidity. Seems lighter than it probably is (ABV). No carbonation. Conclusion: balance to the detriment of excellence.

Bottle. Rather clear orange-golden color with white head. Aroma is fruity, tangerines definitely. Taste is the same, nice little saltiness. Oily mouthfeel, sparkling carbonation. Nice one!
