Bottle. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is grapefruit peel with leather and a dash of barn, superbly integrated and aromatic. Taste is classic Lambiek funk, with balanced grapefruit peel, decent grapefruit bitterness in the back. Fine-bubbled carbonation. Excellent!

Bottle shared for Sjogro's birthday. Slight hazy golden with lovely visible carbonation and bright white head. Massive dank funk, oak, rhubarb, orange zest, mineral water, zesty grapefruit. Over light sweet and sour. Solid medium bodied with strong spritzy carbonation. Very nice!

From bottle, very little head, hazy and quite intense yellow colour, aroma of apple, minerals and some funk, intense puckering sourness, fresh and cooked apple flavor and a metalic whiff. Intriguing cobination, very very interesting.

Lambic in a box from Koelschip Yard, Glasgow. Vinous purple red and a little clear with almost no head. Tart with notes of red wine and balsamic vinegar. Sour taste with a big grape sweetness. Slightly more funk in the finish. Light body with no carbonation. A joy to try.
