TCBW2024. Hazy red colour, small pink head. Aroma is cherries, some tartness, mild wood and some slight funky tones. Flavour is cherries, some funk, mild nutty tones with some wood as well. Somewhat tart in the aftertaste, but very dry indeed.

Slightly cloudy, gold amber colored. AROMA- apricot, white grapes, flowery, floral, sour, funky, leather. FLAVOR- silky, lightly sweet, medium sourness, lightly bitter, apple, grapes, mirabelles, berries, currant, floral hops, nice lambic character. Fuller bodied.

TCBW2024 Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is quite lambicy tart and sour wooden and floral tones with quite strong acidity. Flavour is fruity, some sourness, mild wood and also a rather stinging sweet acidity to it. The acidity is a bit too heavy in this one.

The unblended lambic version of sweet osmanthus is, to date, my favorite of the varieties. So expectations are sure set high ! Pours medium colored golden blonde, big white head with average stability (for the style) . Scent is typical OB funk, the osmanthus gives it a herbal undertone. floral, rich and complex. Never too overpowering. Taste is full, sharp acidity, but well complex. There it is again, though - the beautifull, rich floral aroma. Grassy, herbal, ... Quite intense, but never overpowering. Very clearly recognizable though. Finish is a 50/50 between aroma and acidity. Beautifull blend, beautifull in this variety as well. Absolutely love this infusion. Carbonation is quite high, towards the max for me but still acceptable. This one, I hope, will become a standard ?
