330m can from Appleyards, Shrewsbury. Pours a misty gold, white foam sat comfortably atop. Very fuzzy tannins from the off that settle on the tongue, musty fruit, natural, some green apple, strange wild nuances with an unsettling acetic side.. not massively into it if I'm honest. Seems confused and lacks harmony.

330ml can from That Beer Place. Deep orangey amber-gold colour, white foam head and aroma of apple, vanilla, funk. Taste is juicy, appley, baked notes, with caramel, vanilla, honey notes, some acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, medium-dry acidic & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Super dry. Pours like a champagne - big fizzy head that fades. Lots of musty dryness, granny smith, bitter skins, some grass, earth, mild acidity, mild funk. Spritzy and cleansing. Quite a pleasant drink.

330ml can from Aeble. Hazed orange gold colour, thin white foam head and aroma of apple & orchardy funk. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, fruity, leather, orchard floor, funky with drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Super clean, quite dry, lightly tart apples, some musty and dank and bitter peel, nice spritzy carbonation. Bone dry finish. Classy stuff.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 29/10/24. Moderately hazed light golden topped with a just off white head that thins to spotting. Nose is tangy apples, funk, hay bale, barnyard esters, green berry nip, herb. Taste comprises apple core, light funk, straw, tannins, moderate acidic flicker. Medium bodied, light prickly carbonation, drying close. Tidy drop.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Neal’s Yard. Pours clear honey-gold with a fading, foamy white head. Lightly effervescent. Light-medium sweet flavour with notes of lightly ripened apples, bitter skins, mellow funk, a little acidity, light citric tang. Light to medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Somewhat drying finish, semi-ripe apples, further bitter skin. Great stuff overall, classy.

750ml bottle from Aeble. Opened with a pop. Hazy golden colour, foamy white head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, fleshy, juicy, hint of funk. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, fruity, flesh, with orange juice notes, light funk and drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
