Smell- weak hops. Foam- thin, malt, weak hops. Head is large and white in color. Appearance- brewer bottle cap, simple label. Clear yellow amber, weak carbonation. Froma - pint Taste - weak hops, weak bitter tones, faint malt. Weak bitter and hoppy aftertaste.

21st November 2022; Monthly Shrewsbury Beer Share, five guys and loads of beer. Small bottle, BB 7th July 2024, cheers Mat. Off-white head on a slightly hazed amber body. Sweet and strange, not nice!

250ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Nov 22. Picked up at Ludlow Market. Hazed deep caramel brown, off-white head. Tastes like an aged barley wine relic. Not a fan.

Bottle from Deya Shop, Burton on Trent. Drank / shared at Ebenezers, Crewe – to celebrate Latvian Independence Day. Pours a dark ruby with a small off-white head. The aroma is generally sweet with toffee and malts plus hints of caramel. In the mouth it is fruity with traces of cola and continental hops. Flavour gradually comes through from treacle and golden syrup plus traces of tar and herbs. Sweetness returns in the finish. This is nice, and very drinkable.

Smell-weak wheat, yeast, faint banana. Foam-thin, soft, weak wheat, faint yeast, faint banana. Head is large, white. Appearance- brewer bottle cap, simple label. Hazy yellow color, weak to medium carbonation. From - pint Taste - wheat, faint sourness, then some yeast and banana notes. Quite a light and refreshing wheat beer. Not bad.

Smell- weak hops, fruits, faint cranberry. Foam- thin, fruits, sweetness, weak hops, faint cranberry notes. The Head is medium to large, white in color. Sticks. Appearance- brewer bottle cap, simple label. Clear orange amber, weak carbonation. From - pint Taste- fruity, weak cranberry, weak hops. Somewhat sweet radler-like, but somewhat more beer-y. Bit farty. I was expecting it to be much worse, drinkable I guess, but will not seek it again.

Pours copper with a beige cap. Aroma: grainy malt, caramel, toffee. Taste: light sweet & bitter, light malt, caramel, some burnt sugar notes. Thin to medium body with soft carbonation. Overall a bit washed out.

Bottle from Deya Shop, Burton on Trent – but have drunk this many times in Latvia since 1997 ! Pours a golden amber with a small transient wite head. Malt and grains feature in the nose. A harsh graininess is the initial impression in the mouth, but this soon subsides to a sweet malt flavour with some underlying caramel and German style lager hops. Finish is sweet but with some hoppiness too. Very good for the style of beer.
