Description
Saint Somewhere Brewing Company is a brewer of traditional Farmhouse ales located in Tarpon Springs, Florida. We are a small batch brewery using only the finest ingredients available. Belgian malt and wheat, whole noble hops and open fermentation add to the complexity of our ales. Our beers are unfiltered and re-fermented in the bottle, not engineered, but truly hand crafted.

On tap at Late Start, pours a cloudy dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma has plenty of bready malt, light Belgian yeast, not much else. Flavour is fairly dry, with bready malt and minimal Belgian yeast presence. Simple, dry, bready finish. Pleasant.

On tap at Late Start, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with intense coriander and soft wheaty notes. Flavour is dry, with lots of coriander, wheaty notes, and some faint citrusy peel. Nicely constructed for the style. Solid.

Finally, my first Saint Somewhere! A black saison not named after Sergio but rather a hero from a Floridian crime series. Roasty, toasty, but mostly earthy and funky. Bottle says 2013 but that might be the BBD. Great stuff.

Bottled. Pourd gold. Taste was a bit fruity and , a bit sharp for a saison. Not my favorite but not too shabby.

Murky light brown pour, little to no head. Aroma is a mix of fruity vinegar. Some tropical fruits, and a sweet balsamic vinegar. The flavor again is quite tart, more vinegar notes, and a semi dry tart funky finish. Im not 100% sure its supposed to be this forward with the vinagar notes. Off bottle?

From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Tart and funky with a mild acidic sourness. Aroma is dark malt, grape-y, berries, tang, wood. Fairly dry finish with a hint of sweetness. Medium bodied. Curious and maybe a bit off, but I'm not unsympathetic to it.

This is it. This is great. Sweet blooms of orange. The honey is sweet but not overpowering.

Bottle shared by Brian, thanks! Pours a hazy light dull yellow with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has strong sour fruits with light grain and a slightly earthy funk. Flavor has acidic sour with lots of funk and a bit of sweet grains.
