Bottle poured at Shelton Festival, hazy amber with medium beige head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is oak, yeast, brett, wheat. Light body, dark fruit, wood, brett, dry finish, very good.

375ml bottle, directly from Bob himself.

Corked bottle from EricAndersNavy, thanks! Amber color, very lively carbonation. Melon, pineapple, grassy notes and caramel in the aroma. Pear, mango, caramel and leather in the malty sweet flavor. Just a touch of alcohol. Leather and pear drups in the aftertaste.

Found this gem tucked away on a shelf at the Co-op in Grass Valley. 2015 vintage. Opened with a pop, pours out fizzy, hazy golden. Grassy, meadow aroma, light yeast, floral. Taste is sweet, grassy, butteyr feel. I would consider this a benchmark saison.

C&C 750 mL bottle from Woodman's Oak Creek, 2/20/19. 2016 vintage (according to the cork) and bought on clearance. Front label clearly says Orgine, not Origine, so I'm changing it here. Hazy rust, large foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of doughy malt, cherry, apricot, other stone fruits, mustardy funk. Taste is cherry, stone fruit, leafy herbal notes, grass, bready malt, lemon, funk earth. Medium-full bodied, booze well hidden. Nice.

Pours hazy dark golden color with huge white head. Funky and doughy aroma with some spices. Quite tart and funky flavor with some lemon, pepper, and dough. Lots of herbs and spices. Light to medium body with lively carbonation.
