Description
Saint Somewhere Brewing Company is a brewer of traditional Farmhouse ales located in Tarpon Springs, Florida. We are a small batch brewery using only the finest ingredients available. Belgian malt and wheat, whole noble hops and open fermentation add to the complexity of our ales. Our beers are unfiltered and re-fermented in the bottle, not engineered, but truly hand crafted.

Quite nice. Big candied spiced fruit flavors and aromas. Fruits included peach and persimmon with possibly something tropical like mango or pineapple. Spiciness indistinct, but something like a fruitcake spicing. Yeasty, doughy, bready. Fairly undercarbonated, which if fixed would make this one really great. Slightly cloudy yellow golden color, no head.

Thanks to beerlando for this - shared in good company - very cloudy golden, with a slight orange tint - fresh, crisp, minty aroma, with melon and orange rinds - lemon verbena, rose hips - very herbal, with lemongrass, orange peel - earthy, but no sign of brett yet - medium sweetness - a cool, tea with lemon and mint character - apple cider and mild wintery spices in the background - a really interesting and tasty beer - {I’m currently enjoying one with some age on it, and there is a very mild background sourness and very light horseblanket character, which compliment the above-mentioned characteristics really well - I like this beer more each time I have it]
