Pour is a dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is yeasty with some citrus. Flavor is tart and fruity with some dark fruit and yeast. This is almost a cross between a sour ale and a saison. Still its ok but the sourness is not something i was looking for in a saison.

Bottle @ Papsø. Thanks. Pours hazy orange with a small creamy egg white head. Nose is yeasty and spicy. Flavor is very one dimensional. Herbs , cardemum and chamomile. Lively carbonation.Medium bodied. Quite tart - funny combination. Ok

75 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours hazy dark orange to brown with a fizzy and white head. Aroma is dry and lacto with a mild acetone note. Initially sweet and subdued fruity, goes rather phenolic and dry towards acetone. Mild milky note to it in between. Dry phenolic and slight citric finish. Somewhat chemical. Quite carbonated.

75 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild floral and herbal, sweet impression. Citric and herbal flavoured. Black pepper and rosemary shining through, Citric and slight acetone note into a mild herbal and peppery finish. Overall herbal and citric impression. Interesting.

Hazy yellow with a large off white rough head. Sweet yeasty aroma with spicy and fruity notes. Flavour was very dry with brett, sourish fruits, yeast and spices. Finished sourish and dry.

Clear amber with a medium off white head. Aroma had lacto, paint and sour berries. Sour flavour with sour berries, lacto, yeast and caramelish notes. Finished sour.

Red-amber color; the head, initially large, disappears quickly. The aroma is not very positive: medical alcohol, Band-Aid, glue, nail polish, some Bretts and very light fruits and vinegar. Caramel flavor, dry, with light nail polish presence, alcohol. Unpleasant, I won’t drink one more sip.
