Courtesy of Beerlando: Poured a light dirty yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of funky yeast is easily detectable and quite enjoyable. Taste is also dominated by the funky yeast but it is not as dominant as the aroma would suggest. Nice Belgian type malt base is also noticeable but hops presence is hard to notice. Body is quite full with some good carbonation and alcohol is not apparent.

Hazy amber. Fruity, with a touch of footiness. Fizzy carbonation. Some figgy, fruity notes and light caramel. A bit too yeasty for my liking, but I’ll be giving this a re-rate down the road.

Bottle: Poured a orange copper color with long lasting huge off white head. The aroma was fruit, malt, and spices that kicked in the nose. Flavor was almost burnt tasting malt with spices such as cloves. Very nice kick with lots of flavor.

Bottle Yes my first Florida brew. This one pours out a hazy gold topped with a white head. A nice aroma of spice. Tast of spice some pepper maybe. A touch of citrus fruit some hop. Good brew.

This beer will capture anyone in search for something new and of quality. A great saison. Cloudy yeast - golden, pours very well, good head filled with aroma. Right away you will be captured by the sweet smell of chamomille. Spices are very present, one can distinguish the rosemary and black pepper. Sweet, very complex, the spices are clearly present. From the first sip to the last, this beer will have you find more and more hidden flavors. I was captured by this beer. From the outside package of the bottle to the label to the pleasure of tasting it, it is an overall best Belgian style ales made in US. Comes in 750ml corked bottles and wire caged.

Bottle: Cloudy, dirty golden pour with a moderate white head. Heavy spice (cloves) and florals in the nose. Flavor is full of citrus, more cloves, grassiness, florals. Thanks BuckeyeBoy.

Pours a cloudy peach color with white head. Strong citrus aroma. Sweet flavor with hints of lemon and spices (coriander, cinnamon). Medium body with average carbonation. A decent saison. Very refreshing, a great summer brew.

Bottle courtesy of Degarth. 1st batch. Thanks! Looks like unfiltered apple cider in the glass. Medium sized frothy head that diminishes quickly. Funky, caramelly, butterscotchy, fruity aroma. Taste is strong caramel with prunes, spice. Thick texture, nicely carbonated.

Bottle: Poured a pale clear orangey color ale with a big foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of nice medium sweet caramel malt with some light funky notes also discernable. Taste is a mix between some nice caramel medium sweet malt with some subtle funky notes. Nice creamy body with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol but lacking spices and character to makes this truly interesting. I am glad I got the chance to try this and looking forward to try their other offerings.
