Unclear golden with no head. Sour grainy, grapey, stoney fruity, some moldy cork funk. Moderate sweet and bitter, over medium sour. About medium body. Bit dry and wry compared to the others I just tried, but lovely nonetheless.

Bottle pour at De Koffer. Hazy amberish. Little ring of bubbles. Sour grainy with powdery vanilla softness and a nutty aroma. Slightly overpowering sourness but lots of interesting notes, floral, fruity, nutty. Rozenbottel, almond schafings. Moderate sweet and bitter and light sour. Sampled from bottle at De Koffer. Slight hazy golden with small off white head. Sour grains, light red wine and fresh grapes, light herbs, again the lemon sourness with a light lactic touch, soft berries and plums. Over medium sour, under medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied. Good.

Draft at De Koffer. Hazy soft pinkish with white ring head. Fluffy soft and floral pruney notes on top of a sour grainy beer. Lovely. Moderate sweet and sour. Fruity and floral. Very much Disney eyes and singing bluebirds. Lovely.

On tap at Fakin Zagreb. Unclear golden coloured, small white head, sourish apricot nose. Sourish taste, apricot, notes of wood and light yeast with with rather sour finish. Dry finish with moderate to strong carbonation.
