Bottle, 7% according to the label. Color: Orange amber to golden, slightly hazy, white head. Aroma: Sweetish, malty and at the same time also tart, stone fruit, grapes and some funk. Taste: Over moderate to medium tart, moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter, grain, fruity notes of stone fruit, some grape, citrus and sour and sweetish (over)ripe apples. Combined with wild yeast funk and oak wood. Dry-ish mouthfeel. The aftertaste has some similarities with Cider. Average carbonation, slightly prickling mouthfeel. Moderate body. Nice one.

On tap at Fakin, Zagreb. Deep purple, off white head. Nice fruity sour and chili combo, berries, spicy, low carbonation, quite balanced. Dry. Medium bodied.

On tap at Fakin Craft Bar, Zagreb. Shared with little Dina. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Sharp acidic sting, light blue cheese, soft vinegar, some lemon. Stone fruit, like apricot or peach. Funky background. Taste is quite funky, wood nicely present, sawdust, nice fruity yeasty character, light body and drinkability from the base style, pits giving some green tartness. Quite complex. Sour, puckering, good balance, not too sharp.

Tap at Strasbourg craft beer festival. Murky dark brown with purple hue and beige/pink head. Light black currants, sour grains, light roast, red wine, earthy, deep funk, dry berry skins. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Well balanced, very tasty.

Tap at Strasbourg craft beer festival. Dull hazy reddish brown with beige head. Light bourbon, funk, dank wood, sour grains, oxidized red fruits, light flowers. Medium sour, almost medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied. Nice!

On tap at Fakin Zagreb. Unclear amberish/red coloured, small off-white head that run away really fast, slightly perfumed fruity nose. Sweetish fruity and light red wine taste with touch of wood and slightly spicy finish. All in all nothing special here.

Aroma is rich fruity and yeasty, reaching from sour grapes, red berries, stone fruit jam, light peppery touch to spicy funkiness. Very light touch of vinegar. Flavour is tart yeasty, light cheese, light malts, grape juice, fruit juice. Alcohol hidden, thin body. Soft texture, light tart finish. Moderate carbonation. Sophisticated, gentle, inviting and inovative.

Fat på Brewskival. Klar, röd med vit krona. Rejält med rödbeta, aldrig druckit något med en så tydlig rödbetston. Massor av rödbeta, råa och kokta och fint jordiga toner till. Oerhört snyggt!
