Tap at Fakin, thanks Diana! Orange-golden body, hazy, white head going fast. Aroma... wood, orange, white wine. Nice, tart, balanced, clean taste, lactic, tart berries, some grainy notes. Generally an elegant, well made sour, but not particularly flashy.

On tap at Fakin Zagreb. Red wine like coloured, small off-white head, mild Chipotle and smoke in the nose. Light caramel, acetic, fruity and mild berries with noticable pepper presence. Dry spicy finish. Well done.

On tap at Fakin Craft Fest 2019. Unclear pinkish coloured, minimal off-white head, light acidic berries in the nose. Light prunes, berries, quite acidic and slightly perfumed with touch of wood. Pleasant sour finish. Nice one.

On tap at Fakin Craft Fest 2019. Cherry syrup like coloured, small to medium sized pink/purple head, beetroot nose. Light cherries, beetroot, quite earthy and touch of vegetables with again beetroot in the finish. Interesting indeed but no thanks again.

On tap at Fakin Craft Fest, Zagreb. Hazy golden, small lasting creamy off-white head. Aroma is funky, earthy, grainy, grassy hops. Nice combo, balance of aromas not as great. Very nice fruity flavour, quite sour. Malt and hop presence subdued. Finish is sour and moderately lasting. Very good, just not as smoothly done as their other stuff.

On tap at Fakin Craft Fest, Zagreb. Reddish brown, minimal head. Aroma is smoked Chipotle, acidity, vinegar, funky, roasty and chocolate. Quite sharp acetic sourness, expressive spiciness. Spicy finish. Long lasting. Slightly overwhelming. Fruity flavours, berries. Good use of spices, nicely done souring. Love it!

On tap at Fakin Craft Fest, Zagreb. Hazy orange with a pinkish glow, lasting creamy off-white head. Peach candy, white wine, some acidity, ripe apple. Stone or pome fruit puree. Slightly sour, acetic acid, refreshing. Very nice use of a barrel. Quite sour and puckering. Slightly sharp, low bitterness or a malty component. Good balance. Light body, drinkable, easy going, lasting fruity finish.
