BB 19.09.2023. redish color, almost no head. smells of raspberries, earthy, bit lactic, light tomato juice, spices, peppery, nice smell overall. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of raspberries, earthy, spices, peppery, rather sour with vinegar and lactic notes, grass. finishes rather dry and rather vinegarish sour with notes of raspberries, earthy and grassy notes. pretty nice one, but very sour, not that great to drink.

750 ml bottle, bb 24 Sep 2023, shared by PowY, thanks! Orange, hazy body, with a small, yellowish head. Aroma of juicy peach, apricot, barnyard, straw, some young cheese, slight vinegar. Tastes more acidic, with vinegar, citrus, stone fruits, moderate funk. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes sour, medium dry, a bit wooden, salty, with vinegar, sour stone fruits, citrus, slight funk. Very nice. The nose is really lovely, with lots of juicy stone fruits. Taste is a bit too much on the acidic side for me, while also interesting. Score: 8 / 4 / 7 / 4 / 14

BB 24.09.2023. orange rather hazy color, small white head. smells nicely of peach, lactic, earthy, peppery, apricot, bit herbal. very nice smell. medium to full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of peach, light berry notes, salty, lactic. finishes medium dry and medium sour with notes of peach, salt and earthy notes. lovely intense sour beer, rather on the sour side overall but I love it.

At Wortspiele #5. Pours cloudy salmon. Aroma is cherry, apricot indeed, but some stones too, funk and rust again. Body is medium, strongly sour and tart, yoghurty, but clearly cherry and apricot. Not quite as balanced as Noyaux.

At Wortspiele #5. Pours hazy yellow. Aroma is citric, strong apricot, pits indeed, funk, rust. Body is medium, strongly sour and tart, lots of yoghurt, lemon acid and again apricot pits. Good!

Tap. Unclear ruby color with soapy head. Aroma is strong yoghurt, earthy, leather, a tiny bit of acetone. Taste is mon chéri, light chocolatey, thick cherry skin, good funk, lactic, leather, almost puckering finish. Good!

Can. Pours dark cloudy pink. Aroma is cassis, prunes, yoghurt. Body is mediun, yoghurt, much lower fruit, even watery. Lively strong carbonation. Still yoghurt, but mostly watery and thin. Such a contrast to the nose, how is this possible?

Bottle. Pours cloudy pink. Aroma is strong raspberry, Brett, almost a concentrate. Body is light and mostly carbonation, basically a bubbly raspberry syrup for adults. Some sweetness, but mostly fruity. A bit one dimensional. Good, but not the best Framboise I've had.

Bottle from Beers'n'more. Pours black. Aroma is strong roasted malts, dark dried fruit, plums. Body is medium and still roasted, sweet and sour and intense, plums and brausetablette. Good!

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber with lots of bubbles trapped in the beer. Aroma is slight funk, peach, grapes, some rust, wood. Body is light and crisp, mostly, softly sour, little hops. Quite thin though. Rather dry. Okay. A bit boring.
