Bottle. Hazy brown color with beige head that goes down quickly. Aroma is raspberry, strawberry, cassis, barrel funk. Taste is praliné, tart, funky, acidic, berries. Silky mouthfeel with fizzy carbonation. Nice, but a bit too light in the back.

Bottle, courtesy of DerA. Pours cloudy amber with a very low head. Aroma is funk, brett, stables, rather on the dirty side. Body is medium, strongly sour and spicy throughout. Warming already on the tongue, with a matching fizzy carbonation. Hot lingering palate, yet not sweet. Some typical habanero flavours with a well balanced spiciness. Usually chili beer is not my thing, but this one works really well.

Sampler. Pours cloudy pinkish red. Aroma is beetroot, vinegar, funk, salad sauce. Body is light, acidic, softly sweet and very vegetal again. Low carbonation, not so many flavours - Except beetroot, clearly. Dryish funky palate. Works in a way, a very unusual beer.

Bottle. Red color with pink color. Aroma is full on beetroot. Taste is beetroot, earthy, salad, balsamico, citric. Silky mouthfeel with fizzy carbonation. I hate it, but that's because I hate beetroot, not because it's poorly made. In fact, it's very well made, because it incorporates everything I hate about beetroot.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is bruxellensis, horse blanket, Böchsler, woody, earthy. Taste is fresh, earthy, leathery, woody, citric, yoghurt, Camembert, stinky feet. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very nice!
