We chose Latvian word Ārpus for the name of our brewery, as its meaning reflects the types of beers we brew - outside the box, beyond the mass made lagers, beers with overwhelming flavours and aromas for people brave enough to step out of their comfort zone.
The brewery is located just outside Riga (Latvia), equipped with a 10hL brewhouse and 20hL fermentation vessels. Our beer is packaged in 440mL cans and KeyKegs, then stored in a cold room to keep it fresh longer.

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen - golden orange hazed pour with a white head. Fruity and sweet malty medley, light soft malts, tangerine and grapefruit, medium body, light bitter hoppy close.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy and slightly tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of lemon, hints of passion fruit, guava, mango, orange. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally sugary, pale malty and citrusy fruity hoppy, slightly tropical fruity, notes of orange, mandarine, hints of mango, some lemon peel. Not overly juicy - OK.

Little cloudy yellowish beer, small creamy white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: malty, fruity, bit oxidized, almonds. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet, malty, grains, alcohol, bit sugary, little fruity. Aftertaste: some alcohol, bit resinous, malty, some marzipan, almonds, oxidized.

Clear orange beer, small creamy off-white to yellow head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: floral touch, bit soapy, little yeasty, malty, some tropical fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: bit sweet, sugary, tropical fruits, pineapple. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, bit sweet, sugary, soft oxidation, malty, more caramel notes.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, citrus fruits, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, citrus fruits, hops, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

330mml. Bottle. @«home», 24/08/2019. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is pine, sweet malts and soft tropical. Taste is medium sweet and fruity leading to a soft bitter finish. Smooth. Next one please!

Bottle. Orange blonde, hazy. Citrus and lychee in the aroma and flavor. Malty sweetish flavor with oily grassy hops.Hint of pineapple. Quite juicy, but with a solid malt backbone.

Bottle. Looks like mango juice. Smells and tastes like mango and orange juice with some grassy hops. Sweetish, rather thin, but quite juicy.
