We chose Latvian word Ārpus for the name of our brewery, as its meaning reflects the types of beers we brew - outside the box, beyond the mass made lagers, beers with overwhelming flavours and aromas for people brave enough to step out of their comfort zone.
The brewery is located just outside Riga (Latvia), equipped with a 10hL brewhouse and 20hL fermentation vessels. Our beer is packaged in 440mL cans and KeyKegs, then stored in a cold room to keep it fresh longer.

Bottle at Mikkeller Odense. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of bright fruit like apricot, honeydew and pineapple with a touch of unripe banana. Dry, fruity flavour with malty and greasy notes.

Bottle @ Mikkeller Odense, Ratebeer Get Together, Summer daze 2019. Pours hazy deep Golden with a small White head. Sweet with notes of caramel, oats and alcohol. Hops below - not shining not very bright. Some gazoline.

Bottle at Mikkeller Odense. Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of citrus and peach with a dusty touch. Sweet fruity flavour with dusty and greasy notes.

Bottle @ Mikkeller Odense, Ratebeer Get Together, Summer daze 2019. Pours Hazy deep Golden with a creamy White head. Juicy and sweet nose and aroma. Oaty. Onion rings. Sweet and phat with the oats and yeast dominating.

Draft. A very hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, spices, straw, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, spices, citrus fruits, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Draught at Zeezicht. Clear yellow golden color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, tropical fruit hops, sweet ripe fruitiness, lightly bitter. Decent body and carbonation. 8-3-8-3-14
