Huge off-white head over veiled copper beer, lacerings. Oxidized hops (BBd still 2 months off), bit of vegetables, vegetable frying oil. Nettles, vegetables and indeed again oxidation. Old, cheesy hops. Bitter finish. Medium bodied, hopoilslickness. Medium to good carbonation. Premature aging? Lightstruck? Not all is well here.

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een licht bruin bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een hoppige wat fruitige geur. De smaak is hoppig, bitter en licht metaalachtig.

Bottle split at L6 tasting, thanks to Kenny, 22/08/19. Murky amber with a decent off white cap that dissipates edgeward. Nose is dried fruits, caramel, touch floral. Taste comprises fruit cake, sweet malts, sugars, candied orange peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Average stuff.
