Description
Eigenwijze brouwsels met verrassende smaken van licht hoppig tot krachtig donker, met het lokale verleden als inspiratie. Bieren van brouwerij Eanske: recht uit het hart van Enschede.

Gestart als brouwerijhuurder in 2013. Sinds 2019 wordt er gebrouwen in een kleine, ambachtelijke, maar uiterst professionele brouwerij, waar per brouwsel 1000 liter bier gebrouwen kan worden.

Bottle [from trade with RW80] @ home. Unclear yellow color, fizzy off-white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, wheat, grassy, orangepeel, blossomy hoppiness, bitter. Fizzy, high carbonation, average body. I think I would have quite liked it if it didn’t have that high carbonation. Now it’s ok but nothing more than that.

Bottle [thanks to RW80] @ home shared with a friend. Hazy dark orange color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, some hops, sweetish, only slightly bitter in the finish. Decent body and carbonation. Ok beer.

33cl bottle from a trade with bierkoning, many thanks! Pours slightly hazy orange golden colour with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of grassy hops, nutty malt, caramel, reddish malt. taste of grassy bitter hops, spruce, reddish malt, nutty malt, nice!

Sample at the Hague beer festival. Thin creamy beige head. Very hazy amber pour light bitterness. Easy drinking

Sampled at Week van Het NL Bier 2017 @ Grote Kerk Den Haag. Hazy dark amber with white head. Sweet malts, moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body bit dry. Nice hoppy amber.

Sampled at Week van het Nederlandse bier festival, Den Haag 2017. Cloudy amber with a small cream head. Aroma of grass, herbal hops, light perfume and malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at NBPF. Hazy amber with creamy head. Caramel, soap, light flowers, some dough and grass. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied.
