Bottle from Bierkoning as part of Euroswap, many thanks. Cloudy amber color with mdium off-white head. Aroma of caramel, citrus hops. Taste, caramel malt, some fruits, wheat, lemon. Lively carbonation. Medium long fruity hoppy finish. Good.

Bottle at De Paas. Fairly hazy amber with an off white head. Aroma of citrus, fruity hops and light malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

330ml bottle from trade with Benzai. Many thanks! Pours deep brown with medium tan head. Aroma is big caramel, rich hop. Taste is super rich, syrupy sweet barley wine. Quite boozy with lots of ripened concentrated fruits, and took me a while to finish.

zwart met bruine kraag. aroma van geroosterde mout, graan en chocolade. Bottle at home. Very dark brown with big thick light brown head. Chocolate, lots of red berries, black berries, berry jam, toffee. Strong alcohol. Almost like berry liquor with some chocolate. Very sweet with alcoholic and herbal bitterness. Full bodied. Stupid crazy beer, not bad though.

Bottle @ home. Quite nice somewhat unclear reddish color, full sized quite bubbly / fizzy yet quickly diminishing white head. Aroma is malts, some hop influence but I don’t really like it, it somehow reminds me a bit of orangepeel bitterness, not the fruity hops I like. Flavor is malts and bitter hops, with a touch of the fresh hops. Firm carbonation, in the beginning it was annoying me, but after a while it’s ok. Ok beer.

schenkt amber met zeer volle geel/witte kraag en enorm veel co2. Aroma is flink hoppig, fris, iets floraal, citrus, stro, gras, biscuit/brood, floraal, verse hop komt goed door. Smaken zijn matig zoet, fris, citrus, vrij veel mondvullende koolzuur, matig tot redelijk bitter, licht ijzer, licht zuur, flinke mout basis en iets van brood-biscuit, gras, wat zure afdronk die tevens lang hoppig blijft en iets droog is. medium body.

Bottle from het Biermoment, bottled 08 2016, 33 cl sample. Dark copper color, medium frothy head, which diminishes to leave fair amount of lacing. Mainly burned caramel, appelstroop and a hint of roast. Pretty thick in body, lots of sweetness and malty bitterness. Appelstroop once again. Its basicly appelstroop in a bottle. I must admit, although several prople speak highly of Eanskes brewer, I think his creations are utter crap usually, scoring in the low ends of my rating lists. This one is pretty nice actually, although ofcourse balance is lacking. But Im still enjoying this one, and thats whats its all about in the end.

Bottle at a tasting. Only subtle sourness here. Prominent barnyard, but even more prominent medicinal dentist’s fluoride paste. Drinkable, but nothing to rave about.
