33cl bottle. A clear dark reddish beer with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of sweet ginger, herbs, wood. Taste of sweet ginger, dry wood, herbs, cinnamon, vanilla, strong reddish malt, medium to high bitterness. Crazy!

33cl bottle. A black beer with a huge tan head. Aroma of sweet dark strong malt, coffee, bourbon, ash. Taste of strong dark malt, coffee, bourbon, burned malt, wood, a bit boozy, nice!

Lichtbruin bier met mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig, licht zoet zuur en kruidig met overduidelijk iets van tijm, hars en een lichte rooksmaak. Heel apart bier maar best aardig.

Sample glass @ Alex and Suus. Clear amber with a white head. Hoppy malty caramel aroma with some oak. Sweet taste with some wood as well. Interesting beer but in my opinion (Imperial) IPA's are not meant to barrel age as I find the combination and hops seldom satisfactory.

Zwart bier met mooie bruine schuimkraag. Smaak is bitter en licht zoet met iets van koffie, bittere chocolade en vanille. De Jim Beam heb ik niet kunnen ontdekken.

Zwart bier met schuim wat snel wegzakt. Smaak is licht bitter en "heet", met iets van bittere chocolade en ietwat rook. Peper overheerst iets te veel wat mij betreft.
