Pigs Ear. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, thin white head. Palate is light, dry and has reasonable fine carbonation. Thin malts, mildly sweet. Good citric hops, orange and orange peel, decent hop spice. A little lemon and tangerine. Light crisp finish leaves a marmalade linger. Nice one.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Opaque dark brown beer, good bubbly pale tan head. Smooth palate, light and semi dry. Decent fine carbonation. Tangy fruits and dark fruits. Spicy smokey peaty whiskey dominates but crucially for me the band aids are not out of control. Smooth spicy finish, long spicy linger. For a peat job - not bad.
