Description
We approach brewing like a musician composing a song.
Each beer begins with an inspiration: from nature, food, or an unforgettable experience.
Production is patient, personal and reflective; the vision evolves until it is brought to life in the glass.
Like the song, each beer is our expression, but the enjoyment and interpretation is yours.
Cheers!
At Alesong, our approach to brewing is patient and artistic. 100% of our beer is matured in barrels and then consciously blended to create a complex and unique beverage experience. Drawing inspiration from like-minded artisans across the globe, the goal is to create beers that are innovative and unique, yet approachable and balanced. And with flavors that range from tart and fruity to rich and malty, there's something for every palate.
We believe that beer is worthy of contemplation and reverence and hope to share that passion with you.

I, love, alesong, strong ales. So much bourbon, so smooth, also maybe cause they use a lot of heaven hill. Gotta get myself a bottle to compare. Perfect body, some heat but caramel chocolate bourbon galore. Wish I had another of this.

Don't think it's evolved much but it is still tasting fantastic, pours a nice light copper red hue and the nose is still sweet cherries but muted a bit.

Nose of espresso but flavor is toooons of mocha, heaven hill hints. Reminds me a bit of scatter signal. More barrel as it warmed up, real nice coffee cake vibes

Light but as described + nice bourbon forward, definitely manhattan feeling. Base is a golden stout and it definitely doesn't show, in a good way, more strong ale, light wheat wine feeling which is great.

Definitely feels like more gin barrel this year, wonder how 2018 is aging. Real nice upfront lemongrass and mild brett. Finish is lovely oak and gin, hints of pepper spice nicely done.

Stronger than I remember last batch with the lime and the barrel, it's a tart fun one for sure though.

500mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of funky brett, wild yeast, and gentle tart apricots. Flavour is assertively acidic, with gentle tart apricot, plenty of brett, light funk. Extremely high carbonation, but it works. Not overly complex but it's well-constructed. Good stuff.
