On tap at Vices & Versa, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Nose is full of grassy hops, cereal grains and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly crisp and bright, with dry grassy hops, cereal grains, and crisp biscuity malt. Nice crispness, with high drinkability. Not the most vibrant pils, but it's constructed nicely.

On tap at Vices & Versa, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out fermented out honey, cereal grains, and straw. Flavour is similar, with toasted cereal grains and fermented out honey. Not overly complex, but the yeast is dialled in well and the dryness helps with the drinkability. Good stuff.

Bottle: Poured a clear yellow color lager with a large white foamy head with good retention and some amount of lacing. Aroma of fruity Brett notes with some clean cereal notes. Taste is also a mix of fruity Brett notes with some clean cereal notes and some funky notes. Body is about average with great carbonation. Solid lager with nice additional complexity form the Brett yeast notes.

Bottle: Poured a clear bright yellow/golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fruity funky ester with some cereal notes. Taste is a nice mix of fruity Brett ester with some cereal notes and light dry rye notes with a smooth finish with light funky notes. Body is pretty full for style with good carbonation. Nice beer nicely brewed with a nice level of complexity and great mastering of Brett yeast strain.

Bottle: Poured a light red color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of elderflower notes with some fruit Brett notes is quite nice. Taste is also amic of funky fruity Brett notes with some elderflower notes and a somewhat dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Solid mix of funky Brett notes with some elderflower. Good rinkbaility with the right amount of complexities.
