April 2015: Cask half pint at the Dick Whittington, Gloucester. Copper colour, moderate off-white head. Moderate malty aroma, only a hint of hops. Medium sweet and malty flavour, smooth drinking, a little earthy hops, but less hoppy than the other Gloucester beers I’ve had.

April 2015: Cask half pint at The Chambers, Gloucester. Golden colour, small white head, nice lacing. Nice aroma of fruity hops (my guess would be Styrian Goldings - or even some American hop?). Fruity hops in the flavour too, with a finely balanced bitterness.

April 2015: Cask half pint at the Queens Vaults, Cardiff. Deep golden colour, low white head. Moderately hoppy aroma, fruity notes. The flavour is both fairly malty and distinctly hoppy, with earthy and fruity notes. Nice bitterness in the finish. Gloucester Brewery has apparently got a good grip of their act.

Can received as a Christmas present. Light golden with a head. Quite hoppy but a tad bland too as not quite getting the the fruitiness promised in its notes.
