Gloucester Brewery was founded in 2011 on a love of beer and a vision for creative, sustainable brewing.

Gravity dispense at EBF XX, EUSC, 02/04/15. Lightly hazed golden amber with a decent off white covering. Nose is citric pith, tangerine, straw, pale malts. Taste comprises sharp orange, bread dough, lemon rind, straw, caramel malt. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

Bottle from M5 Gloucester services. Golden colour beer with white head. Aroma is tropical fruit taste malty with citrus with bitter finish.

Keg at The Berry Walmer. Amber slight haze lasting beige head. Sherbet up front toast. Caramel. Malty ipa. Some grapefruit but perhaps needs to be fresher. OK but toffeeish rather than fruity hoppy. OK.

Bottle from Saucy Pears. Appearance - deep hazy amber with a proportionate head. Nose - oranges, light apricots. Taste - apricots again. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - good tangy ipa, not necessarily sessionable.

500ml bottle shared with Ashton McCobb & jeevan. Pours hazy gold, thick white head. Aromas of tropical fruit, white grape, mandarin. Taste is bitter, light saccharine/asparin note. Chalky bitter finish.

Bottle from Saucy Pears. Appearance - a lovely amber colour with a nice lacy head. Nose - mango, orange. Taste - more tropical and citrus fruit. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - really good beer.

Bottle from Saucy Pears. Appearance - deep amber with a lovely fluffy head. Nose - grapefruit and a light fruitcake note. Taste - earthy, spicy, more cake and more citrus. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - this is really good.

Bottle from saucy pears, Worcester. Hazy deep Amber colour. Aroma is thick resin and citrus hops. Taste starts slightly creamy, with a thick mid dry finish.
