Aromas are herbal, malt, popcorn, spice, yeast. Flavors are similar to nose and lightly sweet up front. Reminds me a bit of Cooper's sparkling Ale. A touch metallic in the finish.

Bottle. Super rich malts. Sweet, big fruity ale yeast tones. Like an English Barleywine at times.

2 years old. Really nice body. Holds up quite well. Brown candy sugar. One of the best beers I have had.

Aromas are malt, spice, herb, maybe a hint of wintergreen. Flavors are similar to nose with Wintergreen coming out a touch more. Interesting but not great.

Aromas are resin, a bit of skunk, gamey and malt. Flavors are similar to nose with nothing special about the new hops. A little more bitter than sweet with okay body and carbonation.

Aromas are malt, bread with a little fruit and herbs. Flavors are similar to nose adding in a hint of banana. Full bodied and velvety with good carbonation for the style. Bittersweet with a little warmth in the finish. Nice beer.

Excellent! Probably the American sahti closest to Finnish sahti, as far as I've had. Tastes quite raw, no hop bitterness, good amount of spruce, forest fruit yeast.
