Keg at Lost Valley. Clear gold large creamy white head good retention. Aroma of pear and apple, some vanilla. Taste is dry apple, dry pear. Medium bodied, mild spice, dry, but not REAL dry. I still detect a hint of sweetness.

Keg at Lost Valley Cider, 2/17/19. Clear gold, thin fizzy tan head, fair retention. Aroma of sweet apple, vanilla, apple skins, smoke. Taste is tart apple, oak, vanilla, a bit of berry. Medium bodied, tart, dry. Nice cider.

Tap at Brasserie V. Quite a nice cider. Solid deep cucumber notes. Really pleasant on the palate. The hops are mellow and sort of detract from the cucumber.-apple tone. Unique, well executed.

Getting pretty much what it says it is. Aromaz are cucumbers and apple cider. Flavors are like nose with a hint of salt good carbonation and body. Sort of like a Gose in The Cider Department.
