Keg at Lost Valley Cider, 2/17/19. Clear gold, thin fizzy tan head, fair retention. Aroma of sweet apple, vanilla, apple skins, smoke. Taste is tart apple, oak, vanilla, a bit of berry. Medium bodied, tart, dry. Nice cider.

Tap at Brasserie V. Quite a nice cider. Solid deep cucumber notes. Really pleasant on the palate. The hops are mellow and sort of detract from the cucumber.-apple tone. Unique, well executed.

Getting pretty much what it says it is. Aromaz are cucumbers and apple cider. Flavors are like nose with a hint of salt good carbonation and body. Sort of like a Gose in The Cider Department.

Aromas are perfume and apples. Flavors are tart and a little cider, are not much else. In either case I pick up no hops.

Glass at the cidery - clear medium orange with a light pink hue - surprisingly dry, crisp, and tart for the strength - mild cranberry funkiness adds to crisp, dry, whole apple - not terribly complex, but enjoyable, with a mild alcohol warmth in the finish.
