Pours a nice color of amber with a few hints of darker brown, average sized head disapears quickly. Taste is malty, also with some fruit, roastiness, and light hops balance things out. Has a thicker feel than I expected. Quite good overall.

Poured a light amber color that remained very opaque. Small head is gone in an instant. Taste is balanced with citrus, hops, and fruity tones. No real maltiness to speak of. Very smooth to drink and pleasant in the warmer days.

Draught Slim off-white head; hazy yellow-orange. C-hops in a discreet way, grapefruit and a hint of cookie dough. Good mix of sweet and fruity acidity - and remarkably little bitterness. Terribly light & watery texture. Need a beef-up of 1- 1.5% ABV and corresponding malt bill to make an excellent drinking ale.

Draught Hazy orange-brown, some lace coming from no visible head. Diacetyl nose, butterscotch, sweet. Ugh. Diacetyl to the point of undrinkable, butyric acid and acidity, the promised smokiness is available, but drowns in the (rancid) butterscotch. Lots of malt in the background. Slightly burning MF, acidity. Not acceptable.

Draught Hazy greenish-yellow beer, persistent small white rim. A hint of wheat and vanilla in the nose. Wheat sourness, some unripe banana. Certain adstringency, and terribly light beer. This is an absolutely UN-German Weizen. Terrible.

Draught Pale, slightly hazy orange; small persistent rim. Good, but not really convincing hoppy nose, flowery. A good cookie-malt base for a decent hopgift, grapefruit-y, citruszeste, and hopcake. Burning MF, but again, in generaly a bit watery. Good taste, reasonable balance, failing MF.

Draught (Cold) haze, amber; small rim for a head. Bit of chlorine, some discreet malts and a hint at diacetyl. Som good aroma hops, resting over sweet restsugars and malts; Light but not empty, slightly sticky MF. Unobtrusive, non-ambitious ale, but OK for session purposes.

Draught Dark chestnut brown, nearly no head. Molasses, brown malts, some mineral quality. Smoked malts very obvious in the taste, way drier than the nose suggested. Very good attenuation. Dry, and seen the attenuation, rather light body. This is a special one. I appreciate its taste, as the ingredients’ bill might suggest otherwise.

Draught Black, small yellow-brown head. Dry, typical oatmeal nose with slight acidity and a dusty coffee aroma. Bit watery stout, licorice without the sweetness. Grainy, again oatmeal character. Watery texture, rather than prolonged dryness. A bit disappointing.

Cask Trouble olive-chestnut colour; good, 2cm ring of head, yellowish. Very aromatic hops nose; cookie malt underneath. Grapey, citrus, resiny, the whole lot... Sweet cake, (over)hopped with USA hops. Pretty wholesome, but to the aggressive side. Well-bodied, certain syrupy quality. It’s pretty well OK, but just too aggressive for my full liking. Another "big" one.
