almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and mildly dry, decent fine combination. Smooth and fairly sweet malts, a touch of malt cream, but this sweetness seems more than malt bound. Slightly ripe citrus, if there is pear here it's quite ripe and blending well with the citrus. Modest spice on the smooth finish. It's ok but not really coming across as a double pear IPA.

Bottle 33 cl. Dark brown color, noisy brown foam. Aroma: strong, sweetish, caramel, whiskey, toffee, barrel, port wine, pastries, dried fruits. Taste: strong, but in balance, sparkling and sweet, chocolate, dried fruits, caramel, honey, toffee, soft and pleasant whisky (Highland?), warming. Nice porter.

Butelka, niedaleko terminu. Barwa ciemnozłota przechodząca w bursztyn, piwo bardzo mocno opalizuje. Piana bardzo mizerna. Wyraźny aromat chleba żytniego uzupełniony przejrzałymi owocami (brzoskwinia, mirabelka), delikatną cytrusowością i trawiastością. W smaku wytrawnie, wyraźne żyto, trochę żywiczności. Z ogrzewaniem wychodzi też miód z utlenienia. Goryczka wyraźna, średnio-wysoka, dość krótka, przyjemna. Nasycenie niskie, odczucie pełni i gładkości. Fajne piwko, świeże musiało być bardzo smaczne.

Zlodko karmelowo zbozowo szmatkowe, ziolowe. Ciezkie. Meczace. Rosanke na madagaskar.

Hazy marmalade colour beer, short lived pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, minor viscosity, reasonable fine carbonation. Malts are fairly rich with a decent, if tangy, creamy sweetness. Smooth pine. Rich ripe orange peel, somewhat ripe, go reasonably well with the added mango. More smooth pine and a little spicy bitterness adds dimension to this rich but not hop bright dipa.

Draught @ Szynkarnia, Wroclaw
Pours hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, grapefruit, mango and tropical. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long mango, tropical and citrus finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Citra, Cascade, Chinook, Mosaic and Amarillo hops. Almost clear gold beer, tidy bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth malts, sweetish and mildly creamy. Some diacetyl milky sweetness. Pine and mild hop spice. Ripe and bitterish orange peel and a little tangerine peel. Modest tropical fruits. A smooth but fairly bitter peel finish. Not hating this but it is a little clunky and lacks any fresh hop fruits.

Tap. Amber, low white head. Dry clay, hay fruit salad aroma. Medium light, light Bandaid, fruit, not as clean as it should be.

Tap. Clear golden-orange color with white head. Aroma is petrol hops, caramel, a touch pear. Taste is the same, on the sweet side. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation.
