28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours dark brown with a small tan coloured head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, dark fruit, rich fruit cake, toffee, lactose, whiskey, light liquorice and coffee. Medium sweetness, moderate roasted bitterness. Full bodied, slick texture, soft carbonation. Chocolate milk finish. Very good.

28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours very dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma of hops, roasted malt, chocolate, dark fruits, citrus and pine. Moderate sweetness with medium plus bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Lovely bitterness to finish. Very nice.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of hops and citru, with some roasty and estery notes. Bitter, hoppy and citric flavour with roasty touches and sweetish notes of malt and fruit. Estery, malty and fruity aftertaste with bitter hints. Decent.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head, Bklack colour. Moderaten malty and hoppy aroma. Moderte bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Black, beige froth. Aroma has piney hops, roast and coffee. Sweetish flavour, roast, dark choc and coffee.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, rich hops, flowers and has a nice long bitter finish.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Almost black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and moderate hoppy - pine. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. Oily. 280718

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Black, small beige froth. Rich malty aroma, light roast, light licorice and whisky. Sweet flavour, a little sugary. Malty, caramely. Barrel and whisky. Nice warmth, still quite drinkable.
