Bottle 750ml @ My sister´s place. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of sweet red apple and vanilla. Taste is medium sweet and light sour with a long sweet apple and vanilla finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Sabatini's pours pale yellow with small head. Pear juice, light funkiness. Taste is sweet, lightly woody. Pretty pleasant all things considered.

Bottle. Clear golden. Slightly cheesy and funky aroma with baked apples and a buttery note, starts with lightly sweetish apple, later dries, turns slightly sourish with some oak, green apples. Not bad.

Bottle. Clear deep golden with huge fizzy head. Very dry apple, soft funk, dry stone fruits, green apple, woody. Light sweet, sour and bitter. Medium bodied, strong sparkly carbonation. Over medium dry. Good.
