Bottle, many thanks jonas and Ursula! Opaque deep orange color with white head. Aroma is big resin, treebark indeed, mild wheat, peppery. Taste is a bit of rye spice-style, dash of tannins somehow, almonds, cherry stone, mild sweetness, feels pretty full-bodied. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty!

Draft. A- Straw, lightly floral. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Straw, grains. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, crisp finish. O- Lots of straw flavor. Not sure what I expected. Okay.

Draft. A- Oak. A- Orange color, cloudy liquid, minimal head. T- Tart, woodsy, pomelo. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- Would love to really amp up the juniper flavor. A woodsy and citrus flavor. Nice stuff.

Draft. A- Grains, faint smoke. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Smoke, grains, lemon, oak, slightly bitter. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- The taste is fantastic, wishing for a bit more smoke on the nose but overall, quite nice.

Draft. A- Honey, light citrus. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Honey, lemon peel. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, refreshing finish. O- A solid honey lemon flavor. Almost a light tea flavor. Very thirst quenching and not what I expected for a tripel.

O- Enjoyable for sure but I thought this had cherries in is. Just cherry tree bark, thus virtually no actual cherry flavor. That aside, this was very drinkable.
