BOTTLE 33 CL. Almost black, big tan head. Balanced hoppy and roasty aroma - citrus and pine, dank grass, subtle chocolate. The taste is hoppy upfront, no tropical fruit or citrus, just some piney bitterness, followed by smooth dark chocolate and coffee beans. Yep, more like a hoppy stout, but hoppy indeed. Smooth and easy drinking body. Nice.

Bottle, thanks Trolleo (and Iva!), shared with him, Ogi, Luka D.... Very dark brown, tan head. Fine malty aroma, bit metallic, bit creamy, bit coffeeish, bit cocoa, light, bit tart. Dry taste, bit tart, but perhaps from black patent, dry, roasty, coffee, light berry. Bit too light but nice maltiness, if not mouthfeel. Interesting but flawed.

Auch bei diesem Bier steht wieder ein Hühnchen (ukr.:Ципа= dt.:Küken) im Zentrum und auch wieder gibt es auf dem Etikett eine kleine Geschichte. Hier beginnt sie wie folgt: Es war einmal ein Hühnchen, das sehr gerne helles Bier getrunken hat und eines schönen Tages, als es auf dem Weg zur Weide war, kam ihm eine Idee. Es wollte ein helles Lager haben, aber ein spezielles mit viel Hopfen. Und so kam dieses Bier zustande. Man sollte die die Geschichte nicht zu sehr hinterfragen und sich lieber an dem Bier erfreuen. Die Beschreibung "hopfiges helles Lager" trifft es ganz gut. Es ist ein spritziges, erfrischendes, unfiltriertes Helles, das sich gut an heißen Abenden trinken lässt. Der Hopfen ist reichlich da, aber er unterdrückt nicht mit seiner Bittere die Süffigkeit. Ein durchaus gut gelungenes Bier.
