We started out life as a cuckoo brewery at the end of 2020 and throughout 2021.
We’ve now set up our own small batch independent brewery in Tollcross, Glasgow and continue to develop our core range alongside our one-off special seasonal range.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy yellow to brown. Foamy, snow white head. Nose - green apple, possibly an edge of lime, bready backdrop. Taste - yep, citrus and orchard mainly. Again, bready. Palate - light bodied, creamy middle with a fresh & zesty finish. Overall - this grew on me.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours clear dark brown with a thick beige head. Aromas of fruitcake and hazelnut. Taste adds caramel and dried fruit. Light sweet finish.

Keg at the Nottingham Beer Festival 2023. Reddish purple colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are sweet to tart black currant. very much cassis. crisp body.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - deep brown to black and opaque. Beige coloured, creamy head. Nose - cake, caramel and light hazelnut. Taste - burnt toffee, chewy liquorice and roast. Palate - medium bodied, creamy middle and roasty finish. Overall - impressive body given the ABV.
