Bottle. Cloudy dark brown with a tall, fine head. Nose of chocolate, caramel, fudge, raisins, plums, spices. Roasty chocolate flavor, lots of brown sugar. Goes from very sweet to super spicy bitter. Tiingly, spiritzy and light-ish body. Ends very spicy, almost like chili peppers. Decent.

boring earthy and goes no where. With some wood. Ok. Starting to get the sense I don’t care for this brewery

750ml bottle. Spicy nose, peaches, esters, pepper. Deep blond and hazy. Medium head goes to lace. Sweet and spicy, honey and orange and biscuit malt flavors. Spicy, peppery finish. A bit too sweet, but good. Should be a tripel and not a spice beer.

Bottle from the brewer. 2012 barrel ages. Nice sour nose, cherry, yogurt, apple vinegar, caramel, vanilla, wine, wood. Cloudy reddish-brown, lace. Flavors of chocolate, cherry, vinegar, yogurt. Sweet then sour, though no huge sourness. Almost flat, could use a bit more carbonation to make it feel less heavy.

750ml bottle. Fruity nose, lemon, orange, lightly spicy. Lemony flavor, medium sweet, with nectarine, peppery, rye-like spiciness, esters. Quite clean. Dry, peppery, hoppy finish. Very refreshing and crisp. Good.

Bottle from the brewer. Fun nose—nice rich lager malts with pepperoni, chilis, smoke. Deep, pretty golden color with a thick head. Very interesting flavor, peppery, good malt character, creamy, bead. Manageable peppery burn in the finish. This is a very fun and well made beer. A touch too much pepper for me, but much more likeable than most other chili beers I have had.

Draught@Naamat, Tampere (backlog). Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small creamy white head. Aroma is wheat, some bananas, mild citrusy notes. Flavour is very similar, but leaves at a rather thin and watery palate.

On tap @ Artigiano in Fiera 2015, Milano.

Sampled at the Great British Beer Festival 2014, Day 3 - London. Pours clear, pale yellow with a tight, white cream head. Nice stuff, with mellow lemony citrus, slight pale biscuity sweetness, a small-sized dose of floral hops. Light bodied with fine carbonation and creamy texture. Balanced finish with pleasant, mild dry biscuits. Good kolsch.
