Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with a a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of fruit and caramel. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of fruits and caramel, leading to a dry finish. Thanks fonefan for sharing.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a hazy amber with floating impurities and a creamy beige head leaving laces. Malty, caramellish nose. Medium body, caramel, roasted malts and nuts with an edge of yeast. Rather alcoholic finish. 141109

Bottle, 7.1%. Mild farty aroma. Sweetish roasted aroma. Hazy dark brown colour. Small stable off-white head. The flavour is slightly sweet, mild bready note. Good sweet finish, also slightly roasted.

75 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma is roasted and light spiced. Dry hoppy impression. Sweet caramelish malt flavoured with a light spice note. Bitter and light spiced. Mild fruity note. Roasted dark malty flavoured finish.

Fast gone head, over verdigris-covered golden beer. Discreet nose with some pale malts and a lightly cooked vegetable impression. Salty, shrimps flaovur, some kind of S-S like link, as DMS. Some fusels peeking behind. Slick and quite alcoholy. Carbonation quite apparent in the MF. No doubt, a lot better than the Christmas version - one wonders why. Gushing to fluffy pistacchio-yellow head over fully hazy yellow beer. Very fine pearling carbonation comes into the nose, with way too much coriander, perfumed. Coriander, lavender, perfumed to the gills. It is like drinking toilet disinfectant or the parafernalia of a 17-yr. old girl. Medium bodied, slick, sticky; the perfume going on and on in the aftetaste. Really horrible. It would appear that I had a pre-edition, which might have been different from the later version, as it did not carry the "Platinum" moniker, but was just presented as "Triplex Christmas". The beer would need to be retried, obviously...
