Pours murky orange with a foamy head. Aroma of biscuity malts, grass and hops. Taste is malty and bready with hints of spices, biscuits, grass and hops. Finish has notes of warming spices, cardboard, grass and bread. Decent helles.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at HBF2013) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had sourness, spices and yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were spices, sourness, yeast, malts and bitterness. Afteraste was spicy and bitter. A nice saison.

Aroma is yeasty with hints of citrus. Flavour is spicy and yeasty with some funky notes and hints of fruits. Quite typical spicy saison.

Pours dark orange with a foamy white head. Aroma of spices, fruits, grass and farmyard. Taste is smooth, fruity and spicy with notes of yeast and grass. Finish is fruity and smooth with some spicy notes. Okay, quite fruity saisin.

Draught at HBF 2013, Helsinki. Colour is clear orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Sweetness and malts. Quite strong burning chili at throat after drinking.

Tap at Open Baladin, Roma, 10/02/13. Lightly hazed dark chestnut brown with a medium bubbly off white head. Nose is malts, brown sugars, toffee, dark fruits. Taste comprises toffee, spice, dark fruits, malts. Medium bodied with bite, soft carbonation, touch of bitterness in the finish. Decent enough stuff.

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, riped fruit. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity sweet yeast, dark fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121215]
